Dan Hauserman is owner-broker of the Number One real estate office in the North Lake Tahoe area, Coldwell Banker Real Estate.

Objectives: To find buyers the right home has always been a thrill and challenge for me. For sellers - that's easy - get them the most money the market will bear, in the shortest amount of time and with the least amount of inconvenience. I pride myself on being thorough and creative.

Skills: I have been a licensed Real Estate agent at North Lake Tahoe since 1977 and a Broker since 1981. I have been a co-owner and the designated Realtor (the guy in charge!) for Coldwell Banker Hauserman R.E. since 1986.

Education:

• Grade School - Tahoe Lake School - Tahoe City
• High School - Tahoe Truckee High - Truckee
• In other words - I have been around Tahoe a long time!
• College - University of Oregon - Eugene and Cal State University -Chico.

Experience: I am 42 years old and have lived at Lake Tahoe since 1960. I grew up here, love the area and have been exposed to real estate nearly all my life since both my parents were active brokers in the area from 1965 - 1986. I have been a licensed Real Estate agent at North Lake Tahoe since 1977 and a Broker since 1981. When it comes to real estate - I know it, I live and breath it and I insist on high standards of honesty, integrity and adherence to ethical standards.
